All our products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty, which means you can count on our products to perform when you need them.

What does this mean for you?
It’s simple; a limited lifetime warranty means just that, if any of our products ever fail due to defects in workmanship or materials*, we will replace the item free of charge. You just pay shipping and handling.

How to submit something for warranty replacement:

Include a note explaining the defect.
Include your return shipping address and phone number (in case we need to contact you to discuss the issue).
Enclose a Check for £4.95 shipping and handling.
We will send you a replacement (in the event that we no longer have that model or colour, we will send you a comparable item)

* Please note:

Normal wear and tear (i.e., tears or wear marks on the fabric of hats, etc.) are not covered under this warranty.
Batteries are not covered under this warranty.
Intentional abuse or damage to the product is also not covered under this warranty.
