Carefree Warranty

All our products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty, which means you can count on our products to perform when you need them.

What does this mean for you?
It’s simple; a limited lifetime warranty means just that, if any of our products ever fail due to defects in workmanship or materials*, we will replace the item free of charge
. You just pay shipping and handling.

How to submit something for warranty replacement:

  1. Send the item pre-paid to:

  2. Include a note explaining the defect.
  3. Include your return shipping address and phone number (in case we need to contact you to discuss the issue).
  4. Enclose a Check for £4.95 shipping and handling.
  5. We will send you a replacement (in the event that we no longer have that model or colour, we will send you a comparable item)

* Please note:

  • Normal wear and tear (i.e., tears or wear marks on the fabric of hats, etc.) are not covered under this warranty.
  • Batteries are not covered under this warranty.
  • Intentional abuse or damage to the product is also not covered under this warranty.
